Workplace Chair Solutions is a Melbourne based manufacturer and supplier of office chairs to workplaces and offices. We have a full range of ergonomic office chairs and task chairs, boardroom chairs, and waiting room chairs.
Our mission is to provide our clients with high quality office chairs that are affordable and truly ergonomic, providing our clients with a cost-effective investment that improves employee safety, comfort and morale.

You make an appointment for one of our consultants to visit you at your workplace. We'll learn what you need and guide you through our range of office chairs.
We'll arrange for samples of your chosen chair models to be delivered to your office so you can test them out for yourself.
Once you're happy with your office chair selection, we'll get to work and get your new chairs installed for you on a date that suits you.
Once your new office chairs have been installed, we'll remove all rubbish so that you have a clean fresh office space. We will also remove and recycle all of your old office chairs FREE of charge (if you would like us to).
We'll arrange for one of experienced Ergonomists to perform ergonomic assessments for all staff receiving a new office chair. This service is FREE of charge and is our way of making sure you get the best bang-for-your-buck.
You can rest assured knowing that we're here to help at anytime following your chair installation, and you're covered by our industry leading 10 year warranty.
FREE Ergonomic Assessments and Chair Set Up
Once your new office chairs have been installed, we offer FREE ergonomic assessments for all employees receiving a new chair. These ergonomic assessments are performed by qualified and experienced Ergonomists and Occupational Physiotherapists. This ensures your employees are working in the safest and most comfortable manner possible, and that you get the best bang-for-your-buck from your office chair investment.
